Words can not describe how amazing the Iron Goddess Triathlon experience was for my best friend and me - you ladies deserve a 1st place medal for all that you did, and the volunteers were amazing as well!

I just wanted to email you and wish you good luck this weekend with this event! I will be there, probably towards the back of the group. I am very much looking forward to this triathlon. This will be my first one I have ever done, and I am so glad I have chose epic races to do it with. The clinics you hold are amazing and the response rate you get is wonderful to questions.

Thank you so much for putting the BOW together - it was the best event I have ever done! I had so much fun it was great. I will be bragging about it for days to all my workout partners who told me I was crazy for doing it in the first place. You have wonderful volunteers and supporters. The aid stations were abundent with plenty of food and the cold water and ice was much appreciated. I loved every minute of the race it was a fantastic event. You and everyone that helped ROCK!!

Just wanted to thank you and tell you what an amazing race you put on. I have done way to many to count in 13 years was amazed at the attention to detail!! My only thought would be if you could put porter pots maybe before the swim.. I think there were only 2 on course. Our group of ladies are already planning on next year and starting to recruit...

Thanks so much for organizing such a great triathlon/duathlon! I ususally do one sprint tri a summer. This was the first time I have ever entered an all-women's event, and it was a delightful experience. The courses were well marked, and all the workers were friendly and helpful. The candy at the finish line was so special!! And the food after the tri was wonderful--I've never had such a wide variety of choices before or so much food. I love my tri necklace! What a unique award.
I hope I can compete in She Rocks again next year. It was the best sprint tri I have ever competed in terms of organization, food, friendliness,
and awards.

Kudos to Eva Solomon and Karen McKeachie (you too Lew!) for producing this jewel of a race! The course wasn't particularly tough in and of itself, but the high heat and headwind (3rd swim) sure made things interesting. The run was rolling at worst and not rugged -- I wore Asics DS Trainers and my feet were happy the entire time. That said, I wore socks coated with SportWax on the inside too. I've been to many races with just as good support and course markings, but none better. There was no way to get lost out there--just put your head down and go. Know too that there was an aid station about every mile on the runs and that cold water, HEED, Clif Bars, and salty snacks were ample at each stop staffed by enthusiastic volunteers. This was a race produced by veteran multisport athletes and it clearly showed from beginning to end. Put this one on your calendar for next year!

I would like to personally thank you for the great event you put on. Not only was the event itself great, but the clinics and all of the newsletters were invaluable. I appreciate all of your heart and soul you put into this event. It was my first tri and I'll see you in 2010!

We had an awesome time throughout the entire process. The way you shared your knowledge via emails, clinics, etc....we felt we were in good hands and are looking forward to our time with you next year.

A little confusion with the run out/ run finish, but overall great course. I can't wait for next year!

I just wanted to thank you for putting on such a wonderful event last Sunday! This was my first triathlon and it will definitely not be my last. Although the swim was my weakest portion, I am inspired to get out there and give it another go and do better next time. Thank you both for all of the hard work you put in to organizing such a great race! I look forward to seeing you at future races and again just wanted to extend my sincerest thanks for making my first triathlon such a wonderful experience.
